Supplier Code of Conduct

Foodondoor Private Limited · Restroneed procurement network

1. Food safety and compliance

Suppliers must hold valid FSSAI licences for the categories they supply, maintain traceable batch and expiry records, and allow inbound QC at Restroneed fulfilment hubs. Non-compliant lots may be rejected without payment for the rejected quantity.

2. Quality and cold-chain integrity

Temperature-controlled SKUs must travel within agreed chilled or frozen bands. Broken cold-chain, damaged packaging, or mislabeled packs are grounds for rejection, claim, or scorecard penalty.

3. Labour and ethical sourcing

Suppliers must comply with applicable Indian labour laws, prohibit child labour, and avoid forced labour in their operations and immediate supply chain. Documented breaches may result in suspension.

4. Commercial honesty

Pricing, lead times, and stock commitments submitted through Restroneed must be accurate. Ghost inventory, silent substitutions, or dual invoicing outside the platform are not permitted for platform-mediated orders.
